ViZTrak (“we”, “us”) provides GPS vehicle tracking and fleet management services in Papua New Guinea. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our website, www.viztrak.com.pg, how we use it and the choices you have. We respect your privacy and handle your information with care.

Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us:

• Contact form: your name, company, email address, phone number, fleet size and your message.
• WhatsApp, phone and email: the details and messages you send when you contact us directly.
• Live chat: the messages and any contact details you send through the chat on our website, along with basic details your browser shares, such as the page you are on and your approximate location.
• Basic technical information: like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) to keep the site secure and working.

How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange a consultation or quotation.
• To provide, set up and support our services if you become a client.
• To keep our website secure and prevent spam or misuse.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we will not add you to marketing mailing lists without your permission.

Who we share it with

We only share your information with trusted providers who help us run our business, such as our website host (Cloudflare), the service that delivers our contact form (Web3Forms), our live chat service (tawk.to) and our email provider, and only so far as they need it to provide that service. We may also disclose information where the law requires us to.

If you contact us on WhatsApp or through our live chat, your messages are also handled under WhatsApp’s or tawk.to’s own privacy policy.

How we protect and keep it

Our website uses a secure (https) connection, and access to enquiries is limited to ViZTrak staff who need it. We keep enquiry details only for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business records, and then delete them.

Cookies

Our website does not use advertising cookies. Our live chat (tawk.to) uses cookies so your conversation continues as you move between pages, and the site remembers whether you chose the light or dark view on your own device. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when the page loads. If we add website statistics in future, we will update this policy.

Tracking data for clients

This policy covers our website only. Vehicle location and fleet data collected through the ViZTrak tracking platform for our clients is governed by each client’s service agreement with us.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email sales@viztrak.com.pg and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Links to other websites

Our website links to other services, such as WhatsApp and our client portal. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of websites we do not operate.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
